Production Information
During the 7th edition of Beirut International Women Film Festival, organized by Beirut Film Society, Snunu was honored with the chance to conduct interviews with Jury Members and Filmmakers, hosted by Ibrahim Ajami.
Of course, we did it the Snunu way. The guiding principles were authenticity and playfulness. We ended up with beautiful, long, tangential conversations. Sometimes goofy, sometimes educational, and always honest.
Editorially, we decided that keeping the conversations mostly unedited, mostly unfiltered, was the right way to preserve the unconventionally realistic feeling, which we captured by filming almost completely in real time.
Fun fact, the conversations were filmed on a Canon Powershot A2200, a Sony Handycam hdr-cx405, and a Canon 70 D.
